Manufactured from Aluminium Puig Footpegs are designed to be resilient lightweight and easy to install. Puig parts will always arrive carefully packaged together with comprehensive fitting instructions and any additional fittings which may be required. No modification to your motorcycle is necessary.

All parts are designed to fit the standard bike and are for normal road use only - unless otherwise stated in the title and/or the listing itself.

You have 14 days from receipt of the products to return them for any reason.
If the product is faulty or you have been sent the incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange the return on your behalf.
Products must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
We do not cover the cost of the return postage.
Any returned products which have been supplied correctly by yourselves in the first instance and returned damaged or not in their original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee or may be sent back to the customer.
Please make sure to include your name, address and order number on any return package.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Pyramid Plastics, Unit 22 Corringham Road Industrial Estate, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 1QB, United Kingdom, email@example.com, phone number: + 44 1427 677 990) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement(e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
All Pyramid products come with a one year guarantee, subject to correct fitment and normal wear and tear. We will replace defective products within the first 30 days and repair or replace at our discretion after that. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shortages and Damaged Goods
Shortages or damaged goods must be advised within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel and all damaged packaging, including the box, should be retained.
We strive for the perfect colour match for each and everyone of our painted products with the assistance of our paintwork specialists, Dream Machine, who have been painting our products for over 20 years. However, we do need to make our customers aware of the fact that our long experience in this field has taught us that it is impossible to guarantee a 100% colour match. Lighting and individual perception of a painted surface and its colour all play a part. We, therefore, reserve the right to decline a return request based on a query relating to colour match.
If a Special Order is made (i.e. not a stock item) at the customer's request and then the customer cancels their order after the product has already been shipped to/received by us, but before we raise the invoice and ship the product on to them, we reserve the right to charge a 25% handling and stocking fee. This is due to the fact that we are unable to return stock to the manufacturer once delivered unless there is a genuine fault with the product.
We reserve the right to refuse to offer a refund or to offer only a partial refund if an unwanted or unsuitable product is returned to us showing signs of having already been fitted or used.
